What services do we offer?
We proudly offer New York State (NYS) Pistol Permit Classes, Purchase & Posses, Pistol Level One & Two Classes, Tactical Rifle and Utah Pistol Permit Classes, aimed at equipping individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills for safe firearms handling.
How do I book a pistol permit class?
Booking a class is simple through our website on the "Firearms Training" page, with classes available on a first-come-first-serve basis due to limited availability.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our courses are meticulously designed to cater to all levels, with a warm welcome extended to those new to firearms.
Is your class recognized by my county?
We are very proud to be directly recognized in in ALL NYS counties! Including Westchester, NYC, Long Island Counties, Delaware, Rockland, Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam & ALL other counties! Please reach out with any questions you may have.
Is this the required class needed to apply for a full carry in NYS?
Yes! We offer the NYS required class needed to apply for full carry. If you only would like a permit to purchase a pistol (not to carry) we offer that class as well for only $75.
Do I have to sign up for all three pistol classes, to receive a permit?
Yes! All three classes are required to meet the NYS standard of 18 hours. The classes can be taken over time but must be completed in order. While most people sign up for all three together, some people choose to take them over time due to time of financial reasons.
Should I bring lunch to the pistol permit class?
What is the class schedule?
You are welcome to bring lunch, snacks, water or other drinks, but we do provide pizza on day one and two of the class!
Day 1 & 2 (Classroom): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (working lunch begins around 12:00 PM). We provide pizza for lunch. Coffee is also provided.
Day 3 (Range Day): 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (approximately 2 hours).
Important Range Day Notes:
There are no bathrooms on the range.
Food is not provided on Range Day.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring a valid ID.
We provide everything else, including:
-Hearing protection
-Safety glasses
-Firearm rentals
-Ammunition
-Everything is included in your price, including pizza and coffee.
Do I need to bring a pistol or ammo?
Do I need to bring a pistol or ammo?
New York State / Utah / Connecticut: No, you do not need to bring a pistol or ammo. We provide everything needed.
New Jersey: Yes, you do need to bring a pistol and ammo.
What if I’ve never handled a gun before?
You’re in good company as the vast majority of our New York State pistol permit customers have never handled a gun before.
It’s normal to feel nervous. We walk you through everything step by step, and we know exactly how to support first-time shooters in a safe, comfortable way.

Yes! We help with all parts of the application. We can help you-

What is the total cost?
The total all-inclusive cost for all three classes is $450.
That’s $150 per class, and there are three classes total with everything you need, included.
